After yesterdays landmark decision on CBNSat, LBN Cable TV will be going to court today Aug 4th, 2006 to seek approval for maintenance and for test transmissions. Please read article below.

Anyone who can confirm the time of this hearing please update us on this information. In addition we request the relevant authorities to give LBN permission to carry out a test tranmission and also to maintain their equipment and eventually to grant them permission to carry out business as usual. Please take into consideration the customers and the employees of LBN when taking decisions.

We would like our valued readers to keep us updated on the results of todays hearing and any other information as the day progresses.

LBN confirms that they're going to courts today. They seem ultra confident of resuming transmission before the end of the month.

One female rep says that she dosen't even know that LBN is going to court to ask for test transmission.

When I informed her about it, she says that they are positive of a test transmission by next week.

It is hard to belive how LBN runs the opearations with these funny reps.

I agree with the post 8. Even i got the same info when i called the LBN office... But when u told abt it they came back with the usual answer we will resume the transmission soon... Yes the reps are so funny.... Feel the LBN should atleast inform there customers the exeact happenings at their end!!!

After all WE CUSTOMERS ARE THEIR WEALTH... Hope LBN understands !!!

they also need to realise that they can't take too long IF cbnsat starts to operate( This is a big if as of now) cos they might lose a fair share of customers to CBNSAT.

apparently the issue of the case been postponed to 25th was the case that was on the 03rd. today they had filed a motion in order to ask for test transmission, guess they have succeeded at that.it's 6 hours per week.

i have a doubt whether we'll see any pictures if it's only maintenance.

Hope they'll start transmission soon.
