LBN Appeals Court Case tomorrow (3rd Oct)

The wait must have seemed like eternity for this hearing. As mentioned in our previous posting, the LBN license had to be signed by the President. Lets just hope that no silly excuses are given tomorrow at the hearing.

LBN customers will no doubt be looking forward for tomorrow to dawn on them. Not only the customers but also the management and staff too.

All the best to the management and legal team of LBN for the hearing. From tomorrow we want LBN back in action.

yes...its been a long wait from one court date to another...exposing how powerless we are over the things we come to depend and rely upon...

"We expect the license to be granted on or before the 3rd of October, the next date of hearing at the Court of Appeal."

WILL THEY OR WON'T THEY?. THAT IS THE QUESTION.

Until we see them go on air we can’t predict.

This is Sri Lanka & with our corrupted legal system & the corrupted government, never know will happen tomorrow. But wishing all the BEST for LBN.
