Reports are coming in that the LBN Court Case has been postponed to 21 Aug 2006. However we are also receiving information that they will go to courts tomorrow and ask for permission to carry out a test tranmission. We require confirmation of all this information.
Today a positive result was obtained for CBNSat at the Supreme Court, please refer the CBNSat Forum
If the lower court is not giving a favourable decision it is best for LBN to take up the case at the Supreme Court. We would also urge the LBN Customers to join up and put pressure on the authorities similar to what was done by CBNSat Subscribers Unite.
