We are not getting any reports regarding the LBN court hearing today. This makes us wonder whether the hearing is postponed again. In fact we are getting other reports that LBN reps are informing to some customers that the hearing is today and they say to some other customers that the hearing is on the 25th. This is very good customer service on their part. The Reps should divulge correct information and not contradicting statements. LBN Management please make sure this does not happen again.
We would like to request the customers of LBN to update this blog on the result of todays court hearing if there was a hearing today and also update on whether there was a hearing today.

LBN said there no hearing today but an apeal at the courts where TRC will produce some documents. The hearing is on 24th.
These reps from LBN don’t know whether their pants are up or down. Last month these reps were dead sure that they receive the transmission before the end of the month (Aug), indicating that their issue is less complicated than CBN (even though we think otherwise). Now these reps say that they are positive about resuming transmission on or before this month end. Some reps don’t even aware of the re-extension of the TRC deadline to 15th September.
How many times that the customers have raised this issue? Unfortunately, the management is silent about it.
I wonder whether TV & Radio Sri Lanka could send a letter /email to LBN management on behalf of the customers regarding the above issue.
I believe that they are waiting for the Supreme Court decision on CBN tomorrow as they have no other options.
Correction of error of the above post: Last month should July instead of Aug
Could someone post the email address of LBN. It would be better to get the customer care manager or marketing manager. Managing Director would be excellent. We will then be able to write the letter.

21st August was for the TRC,Media and AG to file objections to LBN's case. LBN has to file counter objections on the 25th of August and the case will be mentioned to decide on the date of the next hearing. 24th August is the Magistrates court case where the state has to file the cahrges against all three companies.
Well, the CBN SC case has been postponed to 18th Sep( CBN blog)
Let's talk to the reps from LBN now(who were confident of receing services before the month end)and C what they have to say.
