There is some confusion regarding the MoD clearance on LBN. Some reports say that LBN has been cleared and some other information states that the clearance has been postponed to Sept 18th.
However the next court hearing of LBN is scheduled for Sept 11th (unforgetable day). We have requested the management of LBN to provide us with this information but as of now we have not got a reply from them. However it is difficult to ascertain whether the decision will be made known before the court hearing.

these guys are only going to prolong the case for another 3 months. i think even if they mod gives the clearance there will be some more delays with other probs porping up.
