It is great to see LBN Technical Staff communicating with their customers via this blog. According to the information that we are gathering it is certain that LBN has now shifted into high gear and is working towards restoring all connections in the shortest time possible.
What should be understood is that time will be taken to check all the cables and repair them if possible otherwise they will have to be replaced.
After waiting seven months without the service we hope that the customers will hold on for another week or so till LBN gets its distribution network back in working order and then starts to connect all the remaining channels.
We have given below some of the areas on which LBN is now visible as per the communications that LBN Technical is having on this blog

tv & radio blog spot - thanks very much for yr forum where we the customers had the only available recourse to vent our frustrations and querries re LBN - u did a good job - hats off to u.
LBN - Tech guys - hats off to u too - u are doing a great job - better than yr inhouse staff - but with the adverse comments the customer care has improved too. Enough of the kudus - lets hope that LBN will be able to gv all their customers the ability to view their cable service asap.
I wud also like to know from when the billing will be done - is it as soon as we get back our service or a generalised date.
